Right-click on the Taskbar and select Task Manager. In the Windows Task Manager, you click on the tab Services.
Click on a service below and select any Open command Services.
Services dialog box appears. You press the "S" and search to choose "Superfetch". Right-click on it and select Stop.
Next, you close the Services dialog box and open the Settings application.
Navigate to System > Notifications & Actions. Then Ricochet OFF in select Show me tips about Windows.
That's it, you now restart Windows to check the results.
